      Abstract:使用四种类固醇激素,两种保幼激素类似物和眼柄提取物进行罗氏沼虾离体卵巢小块培育,于25℃培育24h后切片并进行光谱观察。发现17α-羟孕酮,孕酮和JHA-ZR515对卵黄发生前期卵黄发生期卵母细胞卵径增大均有极显著刺激作用。高浓度雌二醇对卵黄发生前期卵母细胞卵径增大也有明显刺激作用;高浓度JHA-ZR512对成熟前卵巢卵母细胞卵径增大有显著作用,蜕皮激素对卵径增大无作用。眼柄提取物对卵黄发生期卵母

      Abstract:This paper deals with the development of squid jigging vessel and its equipments in china. It is known that from begining till now the deepsea squid jigging fishery was formed near seven years only. In the initial stage, the vessels using for squid jigging depended on refitted trawlers and the equipments partly imported from foreign countries. Through a short time of practoce. these implements play an important role in the fishery, and achieve good economic and social benifit. It should be noted that along with opening up the new fishing ground and developing fishery production yet some shortcomings exist in the refitted vessels and some equipments, for example, the ship endurence and seaworthiness, catch ability, frozen and refrigerated space capacity, light intensity and efficiency of attracting fish lamp etc. In the present case, it is necessary to review the degree of adaptability of these implements based on analysing and summarizing the previous field operation and also to adopt some vital measures as well as the experience of Japan in developing squid jigging can be used for reference. In order to promote the further improvement on the vessel and equipment of squid jigging in the future it needs to point out the direction of squid jigging fishery.

      Abstract:使用A.S1.398蛋白酶除去北平洋柔鱼表皮,操作简便,快速,成品色白,完整,试验结果表明,较为合适的柔鱼酶法去皮工艺条件是:pH6.5-7.5、酶液浓度1.5-2.0%,料液比1:4g/ml,酶液温度50-53℃,氯化钙添加量0.05-0.10%。

      Abstract:Allogynogenetic crucian carp was fed by purified diets containing different contents of crystalline ascorbic acid (AA) and coated ascorbic acid (CAA). Signs of ascorbate deficiency were not observed in fish fed ascorbate-free dict. The growth rate and the content of vitamin C in liver and serum were highest when diets contained 400ppm AA or 200ppm CAA. Thus, the requirement of Vc in diet for Allogynigenetic crucian carp being 400mg/kg is suggested.

      Abstract:With many kinds of important physiological actions, calcium is one of the most important nutrients and essential for human body. Calcium intaking deficiency will give to hypocalcia symptom or even more seriously calcium-malnutrition disease. The fine processing of surplus freshwater fish bone fully being utilized, calcium powder of fish bone can be made by heating, saponification and degrease, degumming and defishy. Biological utilgation and clinical trial show that the powder has good calcium absorbed and reserve dose rate,much better than common calcium powder in therapeutic effect. It is obviously that this is a new kind of high-quality natural calcium powder. The investigation in comprehensive utilization of freshwater fish processing has important significance.
