Digestive tract index and plasma biochemical indices of Trionyx sinensis

Abstract:

The study was conducted to determine the digestive tube index and the activities of some important enzymes.It was found that the relations between the weight of stomach,intestines,pancreas and body weight are positive correlation and correlation coefficient of power regression is highest.The activities of LDH,CK,GGOT,GPT and AKP are 3.4,11.2,6.6,2.4,4.8 times the upper limit of human,respectively.And the activities of GOT,GPT and AKP possess positive correlativity with each other.
