    摘要:

    高校思想政治理论课在培养大学生成为社会主义事业的建设者和接班人方面具有不可替代的作用。实现思想政治理论课的教学目的,关键在于教师教育教学质量和水平的不断提高。思想政治理论课教师是高校教师队伍的一支重要力量,是马克思主义基础理论的传播者,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。但在新形势下,思想政治理论课教师受校内外各种因素的影响,其职业认同感受到了前所未有的挑战,加强高校思想政治理论课教师职业认同建设具有重大而深远的意义。综合考量,影响高校思想政治理论课教师职业认同的因素,主要有社会、学科、学校和教师个人等四个方面。要提高思想政治理论课教师的职业认同感,就必须创设有利于高校思想政治理论课教师职业认同的社会环境,进一步强化思想政治理论课教师的学科建设意识,建立科学合理的考评激励机制,增强思想政治理论课教师职业认同的内动力。

    Abstract:

    College ideological and political theory course in training students to become builders and successors of the socialist cause plays an irreplaceable role. The key to realizing ideological and political theory course teaching objective lies in the teachers’ teaching quality and the level of continuous improvement. Teachers of ideological and political theory courses are an important strength in college teachers’ team, and the communicators on Marx’s basic theory, and the guide for healthy growth of college students. But in the new situation, on the influence of various factors, teacher’s professional identity faces unknown challenge. Strengthening ideological and political theory teachers’ professional identity construction is of great significance.To sum up, the influencing factors on teacher’s professional identity effect, are the social, discipline, school and individual teachers in four aspects.To enhance ideological and political theory course teachers’ professional identity, we must create a favourable social environment for professional identity, further strengthening the teachers’ discipline consciousness, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism, and strengthening the teachers’ internal power of professional identity.
