渔业节能减排标准体系研究

Research on the standard system of fishery energysaving and emissionreduction

摘要:

渔业节能减排标准体系是围绕节能减排标准化目的而建立，是为实现技术和管理有序化服务的。节能减排标准的基础是节能减排技术，标准化对节能减排技术创新和推广又有强有力的支撑作用。渔业节能减排标准体系研究是按照中华人民共和国标准化工作导则《标准体系表编制原则和要求》和《综合标准化工作指南》，建立节能减排标准体系，以指导全国渔业节能减排标准制修订工作，促进技术创新与标准化的结合，以满足我国渔业可持续发展的需要。简要介绍了渔业节能减排标准的现状，通过对标准体系的研究，提出了近期需要制定的渔业节能减排标准，构建了渔业节能减排标准体系。

Abstract:

The standard system of fishery energysaving and emissionreduction is established for the standardization of energysaving and emissionreduction in fishery. This standard system also serves for the achievement of the ordering of technology and management. The standard is based on the energysaving and emissionreduction technology, and its standardization has a strong supporting on the innovation and extension of energysaving and emissionreduction technology. The aim of the research on the standard system of fishery energysaving and emissionreduction is to establish the standard system according to the Directives for the Work of Standardization of the People’s Republic of China, that is,“Principles and Requirements for Preparing Diagrams of Standard System”, and “Guideline for the Work of Complex Standardization”, in order to direct the revision of Chinese fishery energysaving and emissionreduction standard, to promote the combination of technology innovation and extension, and to meet the needs for sustainable development of Chinese fisheries. This paper briefly described the current status of fishery energysaving and emissionreduction standard, and listed the relevant standards needed to enact in the near future through the research on the standard system，and constituted fishery energysaving and emissionreduction standard system.
